摘要
本文针对股票期权及其激励机制方面存在的问题,提出了奖励出色的经营者,正确判断部门价值,充分考虑一线人员的贡献这三种措施,以提高股票期权激励机制的有效性,规范性及健全性。
According to problems existing in stock option and stock option incentive, suggestions are made such as encouraging good operators, correctly judging the value of departments, fully considering the interests of the people who work at workplace to increase effectiveness, standard and completion of stock option incentive.
