Build Modern Credit Risk Management System in Commercial Banks

文章从完善信贷管理组织结构入手 ,遵循系统性原则、权责一致原则和效率原则 ,建议对我国商业银行内部信贷组织构架应作具体的调整 :建立“信贷政策决策委员会”、完善“贷款审批制”、建立“信贷执行官负责制”和“成立风险检查部门”。在此基础上加强其他四项措施的落实 。

This article starts from improving credit management organization. Based on the systematic principle, tights consistent with responsibilities principle and efficiency principle, the article makes suggestions about adjusting the internal credit organizational structure of commercial banks. Credit policy making committee, credit officer accountable system, risk inspection department must be established and credit approval process must be improved. The article also suggests four measures that should be implemented. So the credit risks of commercial banks can be controlled effectively.
