摘要
如何在当前市场经济条件下强化商标的作用 ,利用商标这一无形资产的价值 ,为企业创造经济效益是企业所面临的一个重要问题。本文主要论述了商标管理在企业管理中的重要性 ,商标管理的主要内容 ,并对企业在商标管理工作中存在的主要问题进行了分析与总结。针对我国加入WTO后企业所面临的形势 ,结合新修订的《商标法》对企业商标管理工作提出一些建议。
Today, the most important problem faced with the Chinese enterprise is how to strengthen trademark function under the market economy, make good use of the intangible asset of the trademark, and produce economic benefit for the enterprise . The article analyzes the important role of administration of trademark in the enterprise management, the main content of the administration of the trademark, and the present practical issues . With the situation faced by the Chinese enterprise after China's entering WTO , the author gives some advices for the management of the trademark of the enterprise according to the new Trademark Law.
