摘要
本文认为,启动农村市场未有大起色的原因,除农民收入增长减缓,农村消费环境不理想等因素制约外,对农村市场的判断不全面与人们认识上的误区,也对农村市场的开拓产生了一些不利影响。笔者认为,目前按区域统计的农村消费品零售额已难以客观如实地反映农民的消费状况,切入点选择上也有误差,而且对城乡居民在消费时间上的阶段性和差异性认识不充分。
This article maintains that there has been little progress in rural market.The reasons include that the in-crease of farmers' income was slow,rural consumption condition was not ideal,the judgement on rural market was not comprehensive and there were some misunderstandings over the problems.The article points out that the current rural re-tail turnover of consumer goods surveyed by region can no longer correctly reflect the rural consumption situation.The stage and difference characteristics of residents' consumption time were not paid enough attention.
