中国外汇管理体制改革研究

Research on the Reform of Foreign Exchange Administration System in China

为了加快中国外向型经济发展以及中国经济与国际经济接轨 ,在 1 994年外汇体制改革成功的基础上 ,又进行了一系列新的外汇体制改革 ,并取得了圆满的效果。本文认为今后中国外汇管理体制改革的主要方向将是逐步推进资本项目可兑换、推行比例结汇形式的意愿结汇制、建立符合国际规范的外汇市场、扩大中国金融业的开放程度、完善国际收支申报体系和法规。

To speed up the development of exportoriented economy of China and to combine Chinese economy with international one,and basing on the successful reform of foreign exchange administration system FEAS of China in 1994,China has been carried out another reform on the new FEAS in recent years and has achieved its success.The paper holds that the major direction of China it to push on the exchange of the capital account,including free exchange sales and purchase,establishing the standard foreign exchange market,enlarging the opening of China's financial market,perfecting international balance of payments system and relevant laws and legistations.So as to ensure that China's economy will travly become a branch of international economy
