摘要 LCOS( Liquid Crystal on Silicon)是目前发展非常迅速的一种微显示技术 ,具有高开口率 (可达 90 %以上 ) ,高分辨力 ( SXGA以上 ) ,低功耗、低成本等诸多优点。主要分析了 LCOS投影显示的关键技术 ,并对 LCOS投影在市场中的应用前景和发展趋势做了进一步的预测。 LCOS(Liquid Crystal On Silicon),one of microdisplay developing rapidly at present,has many advantages,such as high aperture opening ratio(over 90% available),hith resolution(over SXGA),low power consumption and low cost.The pivotal parts of LCOS projector are analyzed in detail in this paper.Furthermore,the applications prospect and the development trend of LCOS projector are discussed and forecasted as well.
