摘要
目的 考察苦荞麦中芦丁的含量 .研究溶剂用量、溶剂浓度、温度、浸取时间、液固比等因素对提取芦丁的影响 .方法 比较不同操作条件得到产品的纯度和提取收率 .结果与结论 最佳工艺条件为 :以60 %的乙醇作为提取溶剂 ,在 60℃左右、液固比为 3 0 (m溶剂 / m原料 )、浸取 2 h的提取效果最佳 .整个工艺过程中保持了芦丁产品有机活性成分 ,所得产品产率和纯度较高 .
Aim\ Rutin content in tartary buckwheat was studied. And the effect of the solvent, extact temperature, time and the rate of liquid to solid on rutin yield rate were investigated. Methods\ the comparision of rutin purity prepared by various methods was taken. Results and Conclusion\ The experimental results indcated that optimum conditions are found to be: 60% alcohol as solvent. Extract temperature 60 ℃, L/S amount 30, extracting time about 2 hours. During the whole technological process, the organic component activity of product can be maintained. The yield rate and purity is high.
