摘要
由于电厂大型燃气涡轮机市场需求不断扩大 ,导致了高效低成本大型机组的剧烈竞争 ,其结果是单晶一类先进高温合金被用于新型机组。根据航空涡轮发动机与电厂燃气涡轮机(UGT)在尺寸、运转环境和负载要求方面的重大差异 ,讨论了UGT叶片和导向叶片用单晶合金的成分、力学性能和抗氧化与热腐蚀性能。
The demands of the growing market for large utility gas turbine (UGT) in recent years lead serious competition for high efficiency, low cost large units. Therefore, advanced superalloys such as single crystal (SC) superalloys have been introduced into new units. In this paper, the composition, mechanical properties and corrosion / oxidation resistance of SC alloy for UGT blades and vanes are discussed according to the significant difference between aeroturbines and UGT in size, operating environment and duty requirements.
