摘要
讨论了压痕法测定薄膜 (涂层 )界面结合强度的两个模型 ,包括Chiang模型和Evans模型 ,并就薄膜 (涂层 )界面结合强度的压痕法表征提出了一些新的见解。
This paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of both Chiang model and Evans model established for determination of the interfacial bonding strength of thin films and coatings using indentation method. What is more, some new viewpoints about how to evaluate the interfacial bonding strength of thin films and coatings using indentation method are presented.
