摘要
针对目前非圆截面车削数控系统专用性强、成本高、维修困难等问题 ,提出了面向用户的开放式设计方法。它是以车削非圆型面的专用数控模块为核心 ,派生出各种通用CNC功能 ,各数控功能模块的接口对用户开放。根据非圆型面的车削成型机理 ,在开放式的数控系统中采用多中断系统来实现两种不同的伺服控制 (直线伺服和位置伺服控制 )的时序关系 。
An user-oriented open designing method is put forward in respect that NC system for non-circular section turning is used virtually only in special application, has a high cost and is difficult in maintenance. By using a special-purpose NC module for turning non-circular profile as the core, various universal CNC functions are derived, the interfaces for each NC functional module are open to the users. With the forming mechanism for turning non-circular profile, multi-interrupting systems are used in the open NC system to realize time sequential relation for two different servo controls (linear and position servo control), so as to achieve automatic turning for non-circle section profile.
