摘要 提出一种数控五轴激光切割机焦点位置的检测与误差补偿新方案 ,把电容传感器检测激光聚焦头光轴方向的焦点误差 ,矢量解析到x、y、z三个坐标轴上 ,构造同步双端口桥式存取系统 ,将误差补偿量实时动态地叠加在数控插补值上 ,合成输出位置指令 ,控制伺服单元同时完成数控插补和误差补偿。 Briefly commencing with the independent compensation method of focus location error for 2-dimensional laser cutting, the paper sets out to develop a new superimposing compensation for 3-D laser cutting. The focus location error which is detected by a capacity sensor in the optical head direction will be resolved to x, y and z axis, so that these quantities could be superimposed on the NC interpolation. Thereafter the servo drivers of the machine could simultaneously execute the interpolation and error compensation.
