Elementary Introduction of Automatic Control System on Boiler Make-up Waiter Treatment

本文阐述了在热力发电厂中,针对锅炉补给水处理问题,为了保障水质的基本指标,提高离子交换器的处理能力,减少树脂的耗费量,科学的缩短交换树脂的再生时间,节约再生酸碱用量,为水处理系统建立最佳的运行工况而开发的一套高效自动控制系统的设计方案,并已在实际运行中得到了验证。

The automatic systom on boiler makeup water treatment in thermal power plant was designed, which was used to raise labor productivity, reduce the lose of resin,shorten the regenerate duration. In this paper, the design methods of system hardware and software were described. The system was proved to be of advanced function, easy-operation and high reliability.
