摘要 采用有下界约束的单纯形重心实验法,系统地研究了在ZL108合金中,加入RE、Mg以及Cu的最佳比率。用微机处理了实验数据得出回归方程和等值线图。实验结果表明,混合稀土、镁、铜对ZL108合金的组织和性能均有影响,它们之间的恰当配比可优化合金的质量。 This work was undertaken to systematically investigate optimal RE,Mg and Cu ratios in ZL108 alloy. By the experimental design simplex method, while mischmetal was added into the melted alloy ,contents of magnesium and copper were regulated. Data obtained in tests were treated by microcomputer to calculate regression equations and to draw out iso-grams. the method shows good accuracy and reproducibility. Results show that the optimum microstructure and mechanical properties are achieved with proper RE,Mg and Cu ratios.
