Influence on the Organism and Property of ZCuAl10Fe3 Alloy by Precision Casting Filtering

结合ZCuAl10Fe3蜗轮、套筒等熔模精密铸造件生产、研究了合金过滤对其组织和性能的影响,并作了对比试验,试验数据表明,精铸过滤可以去除铝青铜合金液中大量夹杂物和部分气体,明显减少精铸件缺陷,提高了机械性能和表面光洁度。

According to producing ZCuAi10Fe3 turbines, bushes by precision casting, and doing comparison experiments, the results show that precision casting filtering would remove a large amount of admixture and part of gas in the liquid alloy aluminum bronze, decrease defects in precision casting and increase mechanical properties and roughness of surface.
