摘要 研究了声光可调滤光片 ( AOTF)的性能 ,并以 AOTF为波长选择系统 ,钽丝为原子化器 ,用原子吸收光谱法测定了 Na.考察了空心阴极灯电流、保护气流量、钽丝原子化器的干燥电压和原子化电压对 Na吸收信号的影响 .在选定的最佳实验条件下 ,测定 Na的特征浓度为 0 .0 4 5 μg/ m L,精密度为 2 .6% ( n=8) .在0 .0 5 0~ 1 .0 μg/ m L范围内 。 An experimental setup for atomic absorption spectrometry with a tantalum coil as the atomizer, and an acousto optic tunable filter(AOTF) as the wavelength selector was described. By using the atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) Na was determined. The performance of AOTF was evaluated. The effects of some operating conditions, including the electric current of HCL, the shielding gas flow rates, dry voltage, atomization voltage for tantalum coil atomizer on the absorption signal, were investigated. The characteristic concentration of Na was 0 045 μg/mL and the relative standard deviation was 2 6% ( n =8) . A good proportionality between absorbance and Na concentrion in the range of 0 050_1 0 μg/mL was observed.
