摘要
本文重点论述了石英粉粒度的分布、平均粒径、紧实密度与涂料粘度、涂片重等工艺参数对型壳表面质量的影响,从而确定了在机械化流水线生产中较佳粉料粒度分布之范围及工艺参数,采用石英粉水玻璃涂料同样可获得较高表面质量的熔模铸件。
In this paper, the effects of the grain distribution, density, slurry viscosity, weight of coated plate and other technological factors to the surface quality of mould shell have been described. The optimum flour grain distribution and technical parameters applied in mechanized production line can be selected. Much better surface quality of investment casting is also available when adopting sodium silicate-silica flour slurry,
