摘要
激光热透镜光谱法(LTLS)是一种高灵敏光热光谱分析技术, 可测定10-7~10-6吸光度[1]. LTLS既可用于静态测量, 又可用于动态测量[1,2]. 将动力学分析法与LTLS相结合具有良好的应用前景. 然而, 迄今为止此方面的研究甚少[3,4]. 本文采用近场LTLS测量装置测定了铱(IV)催化高碘酸钾氧化耐尔蓝A的动力学反应参数.
A new method for the determination of kinetic parameter of catalytic reaction by near field laserthermal lens spectrometry is proposed in this paper. The parameters of the kinetic reaction in which traceiridium catalyzed oxidation of nile blue A by potassium periodate in a weak acidic medium is determinatedsuccessfully by near field laser thermal lens spectrometry. The catalytic reaction is first-order in Ir(Ⅳ),nile blue A and KIO4, and the apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 70.9 kJ/mol.
