摘要
本研究试图通过电子显微镜观察γ辐射对板栗胚芽细胞的损伤程度 ,结果发现辐照对胚芽中淀粉影响较为明显 ,0 5kGy以下处理时对胚芽淀粉无明显影响 ,1kGy处理淀粉粒边缘开始部分糊化 ,6kGy以上剂量辐照糊化较为明显。与此相对应 ,板栗种子淀粉的粘度也随辐照剂量的增加而逐渐下降。
Effects of γ irradiation on the structure of the embryonic bud in chestnut seed were investigated by using electronic transmittance microscope.The results indicated that γ irradiation had great effects on the starch granules in the embryo of chestnut.No significant effects were found under the irradiation dose of 0 5kGy;the outside of starch granule began to gelatinize at 1kGy treatment,while significant gelatinization happened with the dose higher than 6kGy.Correspondingly,the viscosity of the wholemeal flour of the chestnut seeds decreased with the increase dose of irradiation.It was also found the thickness of the cell wall in the embryonic bud became thinner with the irradiation.
