摘要 该试验以田园土、细沙、草炭按不同比例作为黄连木容器苗培育基质 ,在此基础上 ,做不同配比营养基质黄连木幼苗抗旱研究 .在干旱期间 ,定期对各基质幼苗的生长及生理指标进行测定分析 .结果表明 ,各基质幼苗的抗旱性与基质含水量及植株相对含水量成正相关 ,与茎水势、电解质外渗率 (细胞膜透性 )、可溶性糖含量和水分饱和亏缺成负相关 ,不同基质幼苗在同等干旱条件下 ,生长及生理指标有差异 ,适当比例的 The culture media consisting of various materials such as farmland soils,fine sands and hasty charcoal were tested for raising seedlings of Pistacia chinensis in containers.The study of drought resistance for Pistacia chinensis was based on it.In the period of drought stress,the major physiologic and growth indices in different culture media were measured.The result showed that under the conditions of soil drought stress,drought resistance of the different media was positively related with MRW and SWC,and negatively with SDW,Pm and SWP.There were different growth and physiologic indices of the various culture media.Drought resistance of Pistacia chinensis in containers was raised by proper proportion of the three materials.
