摘要
以七子花为研究材料 ,设置了 7个不同的钼 (Mo)水平 (0 ,0 .0 0 0 5 ,0 .0 0 5 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .5 ,5 ,5 0mg kg) ,研究钼对七子花光合速率、呼吸速率、质膜透性、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶等生理特性的影响 .结果表明 :七子花在Mo浓度为 0 .5mg kg时 ,叶片的光合速率最大 ,呼吸速率最强 ,叶片的质膜透性最低 ,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的活性最高 ,表明该浓度较适宜七子花生长 .
The study deals with the changes of physiological characteristics (photosynthetic, exhaustion rate, membrane permeability, peroxidase activities, catalase activities and ascorbate peroxidase) of Heptacodium miconioides with different supplementation of molybdenum (Mo). There are 7 molybdenum treatments (0,0.000 5,0 005,0 05,0 5,5 and 50?mg/kg)in the experiment. The results indicate that under 0.5?mg/kg molybdenum treatment, the photosynthetic efficiency (Pn), respiratory intensity (Er) and the activities of POD,CAT,AP of Heptacodium miconioides leaves are the highest, and the membrane permeability of Heptacodium miconioides leaves is the lowest. The growth of Heptacodium miconioides is more favorable under 0.5?mg/kg molybdenum treatment. When molybdenum is lower or higher than 0.5?mg/kg, it is disadvantageous to the growth of Heptacodium miconioides .
