A study on the Ceramic Shell Process of Expanded Polystyrene Patterns

本文对聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料模精密铸造工艺进行了探讨,提出了阶段升温的脱模、焙烧工艺,并对提高铸件表面质量的表面光洁剂进行了研究。

In this paper, the ceramic shell process of expanded polystyrene (EPS) patterns was studied. The process of the step-raising-temperature was put forward to fire to remove EPS patterns and strengthen ceramic shell. Furthermore, the smoothing agent of surfaces was studied to improve the surface quality of castings.
