中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Iontophoresis combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment for knee osteoarthritis

目的 观察中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的治疗效果 ,寻求膝骨关节炎更有效的治疗方案。方法 采用中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎 80例 ,并与泼尼松龙关节腔注射治疗 80例作对照。结果 治疗组不同严重度的近期治愈显效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,远期复发率治疗组 12 5 % ,对照组 30 % ,差异有显著性。结论 中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠协同治疗膝骨关节炎疗效好 ,复发率低 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of iontophoresis combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis and to explore a more effective treatment.Methods Eighty cases as treatment group were treated with iontophoresis and sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity,another 80 cases as a contrast group were only injected with prednisolone in articular cavity.Results The near excellent and cure rate of treatment group was apparently higher than that of contrast group.The relapse rate of the former was lower than the later.There was a significant difference ( P <0 05).Conclusion The study indicated that iontophoresis combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment can greatly increase the effect,with a lower relapse rate.The therapy is worth spreading in clinical use.
