杨树菇母种培养基筛选试验

Screening Tests on master clock culture medium of Agrocybe aegerita(Brig.)Sing.

对引进的杨树菇菌种做了15种母种培养基的筛选试验,表现最好的为PDA+麸皮煮汁培养基;其次是PDA+豆粉煮汁和综合PDA;再次为豆粉煮汁、PDA+玉米粉煮汁、麸皮煮汁、PDA+高梁粉煮汁、麦芽汁培养基;松针煮汁、玉米粉煮汁、PDA也可选用,但效果不如上述培养基;蛋白胨、高梁粉煮汁、粪草煮汁、麦芽汁+淀粉四种培养基不太适合杨树菇菌丝生长,应淘汰。

After having done screening tests on 15 kinds of mother culture liquid to introduced Agrocybe,it is discovered that the best mother culture liquid is PDA + boiled juice of wheat bran, the next is PDA + boiled juice of bean powder and comprehensive PDA,followed by the boiled juice of bean powder,PDA + the corn powder, wheat bran, PDA + Guinea corn powder, the juice of malt good. The juice of pine needles, the juice of corn powder and PDA can also be used, but the effect is not so good as the above; Peptone, the juice of Guinea corn powder, the juice of dung weeds, the juice of malt + starch are not suitable for the growth of Agrocybe hypha, and should been screened out.
