摘要
哺乳动物Y染色体短臂上的SRY基因决定雄性发育方向。阐述了利用PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction-聚合酶链式反应)技术,通过扩增SRY基因对附植前的胚胎进行性别鉴定的原理方法及其优缺点。
SRY gene resided in the short arm of the Y-chromosome in mammalsis can decide the development direction of male. The principles, methods, advantages and disadvantages of using PCR technique (Polymerase Chain Reaction) to iden-tify the sex of preimplanted embroys by amplying SRY gene are expounded.
