The Influence of RE-Ar Combined Process for Removing H on Structure and Property of Al-Si Alloy

本文探讨了RE-Ar联合去氩处理对ZL108合金的金相组织及抗拉性能的影响。结果表明,联合去氢处理具有改善合金组织、提高性能的作用。本文提出的联合处理工艺方式,可适用于活塞用Al-Si合金和其他异型铸件用Al-Si合金的生产。

In the paper, the influence of RE-AT combined process for removing H on structure and tensile property of ZL108 have been investigated. It has been shown that the combined process improves structure and tensile property, particularly high temperature property. This paper has posed combined process which be suited to Al-Si alloys for piston castings and different type castings.
