农业是国民经济的基础,农业问题关键是农民问题。农民问题是我们各项工作的首要问题,农民问题解决不好,必然影响到农村经济的发展。通过对农民增产不增收、收入增长缓慢的原因分析,提出了增加农民收入的具体措施和途径。

Agriculture is the basis of national economy and the key to the agricultural problem is peasant. The problem of peasants is the primary problem of our daily works. Whether the problem is solved well or not will influence the progress of country economy. Through the analysis of reasons for the slow progress in peasants' income, the author presented some specific measures and ways to increase peasants' income.
