熔模铸造用氯化钙作硬化剂的试验与研究 被引量:1

Experiment and Investigation on Using CaCl_2 as A Hardening Agent for Investment Casting

摘要 本文论述了用氯化钙作硬化剂的原理及可行性,并用氯化钙作硬化剂进行了制壳试验,总结了氯化钙硬化剂的优缺点。 A series of experiments and inspection for the using CaCl2 as a kind of hardening agent have been made in this paper through orthogonal experiments and regression analysis. Subsquently with the optimum condition, comparing experments with NH4C1 are made in production field. Results show that, not only the green bond and high temperature bond of the shell mould are higher than that of NH4C1, but also some of the shortcomings in using NH4C1 are overcomed. Meanwhile, the surface quality of the castings can be perfectly compared with.
