大鱼际肌运动单位估数及其在运动神经元病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立大鱼际肌运动单位估数(MUNE)正常值并研究与年龄的关系和该技术的重复性及其在运动神经元病(MND)中的应用。方法检测正常人60例,MND患者22例。结果(1)正常人MUNE(300±83)个,MUNE与年龄负相关。(2)MUNE重复性良好。(3)MND组MUNE为(85±48)个。结论正常人大鱼际肌MUNE随年龄增大下降,MUNE有良好的重复性和可靠性,MUNE对MND的定量诊断有重要意义。 Objective To establish the normal value of motor unit number estimation (MUNE) of thenar muscles, to study its relationship with age and test the reproducibility of the technique and its use in MND. Methods 60 normal subjects and 22 patients with motor neurone disease(MND) were detected. Results (1)The normal MUNE was 300±83.It had negative correlation with age.(2)MUNE difference in test and retest was not significant.(3)MUNE decreased significantly in MND patients.Conclusions The normal MUNE of thenar muscles decrease with the increase of age,MUNE had good reproducibility and reliability and had great value in quantative diagnosis of MND.
