水杨酸庆大霉素减轻耳毒性的机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨庆大霉素新剂型-水杨酸庆大霉素的耳毒性。方法将实验动物随机分为五组,即庆大霉素(GM)组;水杨酸庆大霉素(SAGM)组;庆大霉素+水杨酸钠(GM+NaSA)组;水杨酸钠(NaSA)组和对照(C)组。实验前后检测动物ABR反应阈;耳蜗铺片观察毛细胞缺失程度;电镜观察毛细胞超微结构;并检测血清和外淋巴铁及肾功能。结果SAGM组ABR阈移较GM组小(P<0.05),各频率和时间点与GM+NaSA组无明显差异(P>0.05)。耳蜗铺片和电镜观察显示,SAGM组毛细胞损失程度和超微结构变化较GM组明显减轻。各组间血清铁和外淋巴铁无显著差异,SAGM对肾功能无明显影响。结论新剂型水杨酸庆大霉素的耳毒性较硫酸庆大霉素明显减轻。 Objective To investigate the ototoxicity of a new chemical preparation salicylate gentamicin.Method Animals were arranged into the different groups, gentamicin(GM); salicylate gentamicin(SAGM);gentamicin+sodium salicylate(GM+NaSA); sodium salicylate(NaSA) and saline(C) were used respectively; ABR threshold, cochlea preparation, electronic microscopy and serum ferrum were tested to evaluate the ototoxicity of this preparation.Result ABR threshold in SAGM was less than in GM(P< 0.05).The loss of hair cells and ultrastructure were not so notable in SAGM than in GM(P< 0.05).Ferrum in serum and perilymph were not significant between groups.Conclusion The ototoxicity of the new chemical preparation is less than that of gentamicin.
