摘要
目的研究壳聚糖胶原生物敷料(chitosan-collagenbiologicaldressing,CCBD)的生物安全性。方法通过CCBDA、B原液兔皮肤刺激实验、角结膜刺激实验、肌肉刺激实验和细胞毒性实验研究CCBDA、B的生物安全性。结果CCBDA、B原液无皮肤、角结膜和肌肉刺激性,对角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞无毒性。结论CCBDA、B具良好生物安全性。
Objective To study the biological reliability of Chitosan Collagen Biological Dressing (CCBD).Method The biological reliability of CCBD A, B were studied by skin, cerato conjunctiva, muscle stimulating test and cytotoxicity test with pro fluids of CCBD A, B. Result Pro fluids of CCBD A,B were not stimulating in skin, cerato conjunctiva and muscle stimulating test. Pro fluids of CCBD A, B had not poisonous effect on keratinocytes and fibroblasts.Conclusion CCBD A, B have satisfactory reliabilities.
