放射性粒子种植治疗前列腺癌(基础篇) 被引量：15

摘要 放射性粒子永久种植治疗 (seedpermanetimplantation)前列腺癌是近年来国外涌现出的新技术 ,是在超声引导下 ,通过计算机指导将放射性微粒经会阴部位穿刺直接种植到前列腺内 ,通过放射性核素持续释放射线 ,达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。该技术具有伤小、造价低廉、疗效肯定和并发症 (如阳痿等 )明显低于外科手术或外放疗 。
