CT导向多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注治疗非小细胞肺癌

The treatment for non-small cell lung carcinoma with Computerized tomography-guided radiofrequency(RF) ablation combined with bronchial artery infusion(BAI)

目的 探讨多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注对非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效。 方法 5 2例肺癌患者行多弹头射频治疗 (3～ 5 )天后行支气管动脉灌注顺铂 90mg ,丝裂要素 2 0mg,阿霉素 5 0mg(1～ 3)次 ,灌注间隔 (4～ 6 )周 ,比较治疗前后肿瘤变化。 结果 多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注后有效 (CR +PR)率为 87% (45 / 5 2 ) ,明显高于对照组的 5 5 % (2 3/ 4 2 ) ,差异有高度显著性 (χ2 =11.72 ,P <0 0 1)。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the treatmemt for non-smal cell lung carcinoma with Computerized tomography guided radiofrequency(RF) ablation combined with bronchial artery infusion(BAI). Methods 52 patients underwent RF ablation,and were treated(3～5)days later with bronchialartery artery infusion with MMC 20mg,ADM 50mg,DDP 90mg at intervals of 4w～6w and tumor sizss before and after the treatment were compared. Results The effecacy was 87%(45/52) in BAI group combined with RF ablation and 55%(23/42) BAI,in group respectively( χ 2 =11.72, P <0.01). Conclusions The combined RF ablation and BAI is an ideal and effective treatment for NSCLC.
