急性冠脉综合征的血管内超声
摘要
过去10年,临床医师已经认识到稳定的冠状动脉疾病病人的冠脉造影通常不能完全作为预后的指标.血管造影显示冠脉狭窄数量与严重程度相同的两个病人,可能有完全不同的临床预后,一个病人可能突然发展为一个或多个不稳定的斑块,引起心肌梗死,严重心绞痛或突然死亡.
