摘要
目的:总结特发性高嗜酸粒细胞综合征的临床特点,增进大家对该病的认识。方法:采用病例分析和文献复习的方法。结果:特发性高嗜酸粒细胞综合征伴双侧胸水经抽胸水等对症治疗可治愈,并进行随访观察,必要时再给予糖皮质激素治疗。结论:特发性高嗜酸粒细胞综合征可侵及全身许多器官,临床表现具有多样性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestation of idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (IHES), have physicians pay attention to IHES and improve their diagnostic level. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 1 case of IHES and review of the literature. Results: IHES with bilateral pleural effusion could be recovered via thoracentisis and assistant therapy. It is not necessary to be administered with corticosteroids if there is not any other severe complications, such as congestive heart failure. Conclusion: This case suggests that IHES involve multiple organs and present a variety of clinical manifestation.
