Nursing of the percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty and stents

经皮肾动脉腔内成形术及支架植入术是目前治疗肾性高血压的一种有效的介入治疗方法。笔者总结了 13例患者的肾动脉腔内成形术及支架植入术的护理 ,介绍了其操作方法 ,术前与患者及家属沟通交流 ;术中严密观察血压 ,重视患者的主诉 ;术后严密监测生命体征及肾功能 ,及时发现出血倾向 ,合理使用肝素 ,减少并发症的发生 。

The percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty (PTRA) and stents are an effective interventional therapeutic method in renal hypertension. In summarizing the nursing of 13 cases of PTRA and stents, we concluded that the nursing measures lie in the nursing operation, education of the patients as well as their family members before operation, close observation of blood pressure at operation and postoperative close observation of vital signs and renal function, timely understanding of possible bleeding and postoperative proper use of heptin for the purpose of reduction of complications.
