分析军队医院社区护士的职责 ,即初期预防保健教育、筛检、个案管理、转介及追踪多种服务职能 ;军队医院应组织专门队伍 ,在基层医疗单位培养兼职骨干 。

In this paper, the author has analyzed the duties of nurses in military hospitals. Their duties include early prevention and health education, screening and documentation of cases, exchanging and following up. The military hospitals should organize a special team to train part time nurses at the basic military units and organize the retired to organize community nursing team out of program.
