中低位直肠癌应用双吻合器保肛手术的评价

Evaluation of anal sphincter reservated opertion adopted double stapler in patients with low rectum cancer

目的 探讨中低位直肠癌借助双吻合器行Dixon保肛手术的应用价值及相关问题。方法 回顾总结 32例中低位直肠癌采用EEA吻合器行低位前切除术。结果 全部病例随访 6个月至 3年 ,术后控便能力均良好。全组无吻合口漏 ,吻合口狭窄 2例 ,经扩肛后治愈。结论 对于中低位直肠癌 ,只要病例恰当 ,采用双钉吻合行低位前切除术 ,既达到根治目的 。

Objective To evaluate the adoption of double stapler in patients with low rectum cancer.Methods The effectiveness of low anterior resection performed on 32 patients with low rectum cancer reviewed retrospectively.The end end anastomoses(EEA) stapler were adopted for the patients.Results All patients were followed up for 6～18 months,their anal sphincteral function was controlled well.There was no leakage observed,two patients compticated anastomosic stricutre which were cureted by anal dilation.Conclusion Adopting EEA stapler to low anterior resection in some selective patients with low rectum cancer is radical and can lower the occurrence of anastomosis stricture and leakage.
