颅内脂肪瘤的CT分析

CT analysis of intracranial lipoma

目的 探讨CT对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法 对 2 3例经CT诊断的颅内脂肪瘤进行回顾性分析 ,2 2例行轴位CT扫描 ,1例行冠状位扫描 ;1例经手术病理证实。结果 2 3例共发现 2 8个病灶 ,2 1个位于中线及其附近结构 ,呈斑点状、结节状、条带状及不规则形 ,CT值为 - 7～ - 1 0 1Hu ,边缘清晰 ,无明显占位效应。

Objective To study the value of CT in diagnosis of intracranial lipoma.Methods 23 cases of intracranial lipoma diagnosed by CT were retrospectively analyzed,22 cases were axially scaned,1 case coronally scaned and 1 case confirmed by operation and pathology.Results 28 lesions were positioned near middle line,with a CT value of -7～-101Hu,they showed mottle,nodule,cord and irregularity,with clear boundary,without occuping effect.Conclusion CT can be served as one of the most effctive and the best methods for diagnosis of intracranial lipoma.
