希力舒治疗难治性癫痫59例疗效分析

Effects of Xi Li Shu in patients with refractory epilepsy

目的 总结希力舒治疗难治性癫痫的效果。方法 对 59例难治性癫痫病人 ,进行为期 1年的希力舒治疗的临床研究。结果 总有效率为 66 % ,脑电图好转率 50 %。 1 5例病人出现副作用 ,未影响治疗。结论 希力舒治疗癫痫 ,适用癫痫病人的发作类型及年龄范围广 ,剂量的可调范围宽 ,疗效确切 。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xi Li Shu(XLS) on epilepsy seizure(ES).Methods 59 cases of ES were treated by singly XLS therapy for over 12 months.Results Total effective rate was 66%,15 patients had presentation of adverse effects sleppy,dizzy,unsteady walk.An improvement rate of the EEG was 50%.Conclusion XLS has a definite efficacy and a mild adverse effects for the treatment of ES.
