摘要
提出了一种不同阈值电压反相器控制的传输门组合结构。同时利用多位逻辑,提出了描述这种电路构造的函数表达式、算法以及设计方法。最后列举了一个实例,讨论了一个实际系统的设计全过程。
A combinational structure of the transmission gate in the inverter control with different threshold voltages is presented. The functional representations、the algorithmic and design method for describing this circuit structure using multiple-valued logic are also discussed. Finally, as a design example, a full implementation in a practical system is constructed.
