改良前尿道延伸术与尿道口前移-龟头成形术联合治疗尿道下裂

MAGPI Combined with Modified Elongation of Anterior Urethra for Coronal Hypospadias with Severe Chordee of Penis in Children

目的 介绍一种治疗有严重阴茎下弯的冠状沟或冠状沟下型尿道下裂的新方法。 方法 应用改良前尿道延伸术与尿道口前移 -龟头成形术 (meataladvancementglanduloplastyincorporated ,MAGPI)联合治疗有严重阴茎下弯的冠状沟或冠状沟下型尿道下裂 12例 ,年龄 5～ 12岁。并通过随访观察其治疗效果。 结果 12例患儿 ,手术Ⅰ期完成 ,均获成功。

Objective To introduce a new procedure for repairing coronal or subcoronal hypospadias with severe chordee of penis in children. Method Modified elongation of anterior urethra combined with MAGPI procedure, were perfomed in 12 children (aged 5 to 12 years) of coronal or subcoronal hypospadias with severe chordee of penis. Results The operation was successful in all the patients. Conclusion Modified elongation of anterior urethra in combination with MAGPI procedure is one of the simpler and more effective method to treat coronal hypospadias with severe chordee of penis in children.
