摘要
对卤虫卵进行了各种干燥方法的实验研究,发现其干燥速率曲线无恒速段。有2个降速阶段并出现第二临界点。温度对干燥速率及孵化率起最重要的作用。在最高孵化率的温度条件下,其表现活化能E约为119.3kJ.mol_(-1)。对各种干燥条件下的卤虫卵进行了孵化率的统计分析,得知卤虫卵经适宜的干燥后能提高其孵化率。从而可提出卤虫卵的适宜干燥设备与最佳干燥介质的温度。
The artemia salina roe is an ideal experimental material for the biological research work. The larva of artemia salina is an important live feed for the artificial breeding of fish, shrimp and crabs. Various drying methods of artemia salina roe are investigated in this paper, and the results show that the drying curve has no constant rate period, but has two down rate periods and a secondary critical point the temperature plays a most important role in drying speed and hatching rate At the temperatare at which the hatching rate is the highest, the apparent active energy is abont 119.30 kJ · mol^(-1). The statistical analysis of the hatching rate of artemia salina roe was made in this pape. It is found that the suitable drying of artemia salina roe can improve the hatching rate, so the proper dryer and the optimum temperature of the drying medium can be recommended.
