摘要
目的 探讨鼾症对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病 (DCVD)的影响和对心脏瓣膜结构和功能损害的特征。方法 对 2 2 6例老年鼾症患者与 2 2 6例非鼾症老年人进行队列研究 ,采用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查心脏瓣膜的结构与功能 ,并诊断DCVD。结果 老年鼾症组DCVD的发病率及严重程度明显高于非鼾症对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 鼾症可能是导致DCVD的原因之一 ,加重心脏瓣膜结构损害与功能障碍的因素。
Objective To explore the effects of rhonchus on senile degenerated cardiac valvular disease (DCVD)and impairment features of valvular structure and function .Methods Cohort study was done between 226 cases with rhonchus and 226 cases withnon-rhonchus, color doppler ultrasound echocardiograph was used to examine the structure and function of valvular and to diagnoze DCVD.Results The sick rate of DCVD in rhonchus group was significantly higher than that in non-rhochus group(P<0.01).Conclusions Rhonchus may be one of the reason to cause DCVD, which exacerbates the damage of valvule and the disturbance of function.
