摘要
目的 探讨重型颅脑外伤并消化道出血的防治方法。方法 积极有效地治疗原发病 ,制酸的同时兼顾保护胃粘膜 ,加强支持疗法 ,维持内环境稳定及防治并发症等措施。结果 2 0例 (GCS 3-8分 )重型颅脑伤并消化道出血患者存活 11例 ,死亡 9例。结论 采用系统的非手术疗法可改善重型颅脑外伤并消化道出血病人的预后。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of severe cerebral trauma with hemorrhage of digestive tract. Methods The measures were taken to treat primary disease, protect gastric mucosa, strengthen supportive treatment, maintain the stability of internalenviroment and prevent complications. Conclusions Non-operative systematic treatment can improve the prognosis of the patients of sevee cerebral trauma with hemorrhage of digestive tract.
