摘要 通过对工程陶瓷材料去除机理和材料去除形式的转化条件的研究,讨论合理选择磨削参数,把粗加工、精加工和精细加工工序分开实现陶瓷材料优质高效加工的策略。研究成果在陶瓷发动机零件生产过程中得到了应用。 On the basis of the study on the mechanism of ceramic material removal and the conditions of its mechanism transformation, this paper discusses the strategy of realizing top-quality and high-efficiency machining of ceramic material, such as rational selection of grinding parameters, and dividing operation sequence into rough grinding, precision grinding, and fine grinding or lapping stages.According to two optimum technological schemes proposed, the mirror machining of ceramic cylindrical surfaces was achieved successfully. The results have been applied to production process of ceramic engine components.
