急性继发性腹膜炎患者血浆一氧化氮测定及其临床意义

摘要 目的 了解急性继发性腹膜炎 (简称ASP)患者血浆一氧化氮 ( plasmanitricoxide,P -NO)含量变化情况以及与腹膜炎程度的关系。方法 检测了60例成年ASP病人的P -NO含量 ,与健康成人进行比较 ,并分析P-NO与腹膜炎APACHEII积分的关系。结果与对照组比较 ,ASP组P-NO平均含量显著升高 ,并与APACHEII积分呈直线正相关。 结论 ASP病人体内存在NO代谢严重紊乱 ,这在ASP的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用 ,测定P-NO在一定程度上可作为判断和动态监察ASP病情的指标。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma nitirc oxide(P-NO) in patients of acute peritonitis(APS) and find out the correlation between P-NO and severity of peritonitis. Method The P-NO was measured in 60 APS patients and 60 health people . Comparement and analysis were made to find out the correlation between P-NO and APACHE Ⅱ point of APS. Results The plasma level of P-NO in APS patients was significantly higher than that of control group. There was an linear positive correlation between P-NO and APACHE Ⅱ point of APS. Conclusion The metabolism of nitric oxide was disorder in APS patients. It may play a important role in APS . Plasma P-NO can be a usefull indication for severity of peritonitis
