摘要
分析光纤双法-珀干涉仪腔镜的倾斜角对干涉条纹的影响,腔镜横向错位以及倾角引起的光强损耗等。理论分析得出了必要的数据,指导了仪器的装调,使实验得以顺利进行。
This paper presents the analysis of the effects of the tilt angle of the F-P cavity mirror on the interference fringes and the optical loss caused by the cross malposition and the tilt angle of the cavity mirror. This analysis help to obtain the necessary data, direct the setting of instruments and carry out the experiments smoothly.
