摘要
时高功率脉冲YAG激光器的输出镜的透过率、泵浦电压、器件的工作方式等进行实验研究,实现了平均输出功率528W YAG脉冲激光器的运转。
Many factors affect the output of high-power pulsed YAG laser. The transmissivity of the output mirror, the pumping power and working sample are studied experimentally in this paper. An average output power of 528 watts for the pulsed YAG laser is acquired.
