摘要
介绍一种用新型AT90S8515单片机设计的闭环位置伺服控制系统,详细介绍了AVR单片机的特点以及与PWM调速相关寄存器的设置。给出了系统硬件电路原理简图和相应的软件设计方法,说明了位置与速度的测量方法。实验表明采用这种单片机设计的伺服系统能提高系统实时性,简化接口硬件,提高抗干扰能力,在实际应用中可以取得较好的控制效果。
This paper introduces th e closed loop direct-servo -actuated control system which is realized by a n ew type AT90S8515microcontroller.The specialty of AVR sing le -slice p rocess and the setting of relative reg ister of PWM reg ulating speed in AVR microcontroller were particularly introduced.The hardware circuit and software desig ned were g iven,the measure method of position and velocity was descri bed.It was shown by experiment that the use of the AVR sing le-slice pro cess can improves the actual effect of the desig ned system and the interfac e hardware is simplified g reatly and the ability of resistance disturbance is improved.It has acquired a g ood control result in practices.
