摘要
用 HP EESOF Series IV软件的负载牵引法对功率放大器进行分析 ,给出了匹配电路的基波特性及谐波特性对功率放大器性能的负载牵引结果 ,提出了功率放大器匹配电路谐波设计的思想 。
A simulating load pulling technique has been proposed for FET power amplifier analysis by using HP Eesof Series IV software.Based on load pulling simulating,which reveals the relationship of power amplifier performance with matching circuit characteristics in both fundamental and harmonic conditions,the design optimization of a 900 MHz low bias high efficiency FET power amplifier has been presented in the paper as an example.
